The Functional Family Therapy (FFT) Program is currently seeking a Master’s level clinician. The candidate needs to have or is about to receive a degree in counseling, or related field. Advanced skills in mental health diagnosis and treatment specific to adolescents and families including knowledge of adolescent substance abuse preferred.
This clinician will deliver intensive in-home therapeutic services to families. FFT is an evidence-based practice that focuses on repairing family relationships. FFT provides great clinical training and ongoing support from FFT consultants. FFT is a strength-based and family-driven model that focuses on relational functions. The clinician should have his/her own transportation and be willing to work a flexible schedule. Evening hours required.
Please keep in mind that our catchment area is very broad. We service families in Bridgeport, Stratford, Fairfield, Easton, Monroe, Trumbull, Norwalk, Stamford, Weston, Westport, Wilton, Darien, Greenwich and New Canaan.
